By creating an account or purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
AceBar is an independent study aid for the US bar exam: MBE multiple-choice practice (free, unlimited), MEE essays with AI-assisted grading, and paid digital items (essay credits, subject packs, mixed packs, full mocks, and bundles).
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Purchases & payment
Paid items are one-time digital purchases or credit packs. Prices are shown at checkout. Payments and order-related inquiries are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Merchant of Record), which also collects and remits applicable taxes.
5. Digital delivery & withdrawal
Digital items are made available immediately. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which is waived once access/consumption begins, subject to express prior consent (see Refund & Withdrawal Policy).
6. Acceptable use
No sharing, reselling, scraping, or redistributing content; no reverse engineering; one account per person.
7. Intellectual property
All questions, essays, explanations, and materials are owned by AceBar and provided for personal study only.
8. Important disclaimers
AceBar is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCBE, any bar association, or any examining authority. 9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceBar's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. AceBar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including exam outcomes.
