MBE practice is free; no purchase required.

2. Nature of paid items

All paid items are digital content/credits delivered or made accessible immediately.

3. EU/EEA right of withdrawal & waiver

You normally have 14 days to withdraw. By purchasing and ticking the consent box, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you LOSE your right of withdrawal once the content has been accessed or once essay grading has begun (art. L221-28 French Consumer Code). A confirmation of this consent is provided in your order confirmation.

4. Refunds

Because items are digital and accessed immediately, all sales are final once content is accessed or a credit is used. Exceptions, handled case by case: duplicate/accidental charges, or a technical failure that prevented access. Unused, never-accessed credits may be refunded within 14 days at our discretion. Requests: via /contact or through Paddle.

5. Merchant of Record

Refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which may apply its own buyer terms.
